[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I looked closely at Kate Somerville a few years ago but my first introduction to this brand was in New York in 2008. I was on vacation with the BBB who patiently found the official chair that every store has men / women / tired friends. /parents as I looked at the beauty of each store we were in. I want to say that this was Henri Bendel but I couldn’t swear. I chatted with the sales representative and asked if there were any plans for the brand to come to the UK – to my surprise, they said there were plans!
In May 2008 there was a rumor that Kate Somerville would come to the shelves of SpaceNK but I honestly don’t remember if this actually happened. The brand was bought by Unilever in 2015 and apparently became more accessible, as it is now. I’ve featured both of these in the past but I thought it was time to give them another look, not least because high-quality skin care is not readily available. I have to admit that at the time, because this was an original product, I was skeptical about goat milk but in fact, this product contains goat milk nutrients and proteins that somehow look good and small, fresh. Add jojoba, avocado, aloe, grapeseed oil and vitamin E for instant relief.
I have used several moisturizers and cleansers over the years and love them all. If you are someone whose skin feels tight and uncomfortable after cleansing, I believe the Goat Milk Cleanser will eliminate that feeling for you. It’s a gentle cleanser – no foam, just cream – that’s effective and refreshing at the same time. I love that you can buy a small 30ml for £10 HERE which means you’re not committing yourself and can do better before stepping up to the 120ml which is £38. The Goat’s Milk Nourishing Cream is quite pricey at £65 HERE but again, if your skin is dry and tight, this amazing loose cream is a great replacement. It will also reduce redness if it has a problem with your dry, sensitive skin. My favorite Kate Somerville product was Exfolikate but over the years my skin has become so sensitive that I can’t use it anymore and I always regret it because it made my skin feel and look fresh after an hour facial. If you don’t have sensitive skin, it’s a top tip from me – it’s £21 HERE . I’ve known it for a long time – if you haven’t, it’s worth looking into if you’re into high-quality, intensive skin care.
